.loving: the wrap by solly baby.

Sometimes when I find something that intrigues me I just have to share. And today, my friends, I am doing just that. It's a very cool product that I have been on the search for, to wrap up baby t in cuddles and love [and to be able to tote babe around safely], that seems like forever. It's called The Wrap by Solly Baby.
This bamboo/organic cotton wraps simply fold around momma or poppa's body and becomes a hands free baby carrier! It's lightweight and small, so easy to wear on those hot summer days and nicely folds up into your diaper bag not taking up too much space.
I also love how close this wrap allows you to be to your baby. It's like getting a big, sweet hug from your little one every time you wear it. Perfect for some momma/poppa bonding. And I couldn't think of a more sweeter way to tote around your little nugget.
Also they look just so darn cool. I'm totally partial to the grey/natural stripe myself.

And check out this sweet video The Wrap by Solly Baby has filmed. Makes me want to stroll through gardens and share a cup of tea with my girlfriends. All while snuggling my sweet little baby.
Here's the general idea, in case you need a visual...
*this post is not sponsored in any way. i just think these are really rad wraps.

  3. Erinn you could be a model for this. Seriously! I think Solly wraps should send you a couple colors to show off and blog for when baby T arrives in a month.
    :)

    Great find.

    Cheers!

    2. Oh geez! Thanks ladies, but a model! haha. I will be happy if I can just tie the thing correctly without hurting baby t when the time comes, but that was very nice of you both. Made me smile.

  4. I love these! I have one and you are right, it's light and doesn't make you all sweaty when your baby is nice and close. Great quality too. Totally suits you Erinn and I can't wait to see you toting your baby around in it.

    1. Oh, no I haven't tried the Moby wrap.....might have to google that sucker right now. I
just know that this one is light and that was my main concern with the heat/sweating. Now I just need to try it with a baby! ha

    2. ya, the moby is very similar, but the material is a bit thick....works well in the winter when their small (as your babe will be) but not so well in the summer!

Love this wrap, wish it wasn't so pricey! I wonder if they ever go on sale!

  8. My favorites are the Sakura Bloom ring sling and Ergo Carrier. I like wraps for summer/around the house-- but get annoyed with them in public when I just want to do it fast, or in the winter (trying to keep the fabric from dragging in the snow while wrapping it etc).

  9. I had a wrap with my little man and LOVE it! I have one from Cosy Baby Happy Mommy, if you go to the St Albert Farmers Market they have a booth there with Winnifred Babies (another cool local company) but I know they sell them at some stores around town too and on their website. It was my most used item with a newborn! :)
